Traditional Tradeshow

Traditional Tradeshow?

Based on majority feedback, we’ve decided to modify the format of the tradeshow segment of the networking weekend to a standard tradeshow format where the suppliers will have space to exhibit and the buyers will walk the room.

 How many buyers will you see? The invitation will be extended to all qualified entertainment travel buyers in the Tour Connection network. Tour Connection is hosting our top 150 buyers, however we expect no less than 200 qualified buyers at the weekends events. What should I bring? Vendors: Since we have a limited ability to store promotional materials, we suggest that you don't bring anything you don't want to have to store in your room. Business Cards and tri-folds are likely enough. Buyers: We suggest travel buyers bring a supply of business cards and anything else you would want displayed on your table. How Should I arrange shipping? All necessary contact information will be sent out prior to the event. Please note that the Hotel will only accept prepaid packages.  The Hotel will refuse any packages delivered C.O.D. and the Hotel will make no notification to the shipper.  All packages must contain a label giving the following information:

1. Name of Person That Will Claim Package
2. Date That Person Who Is Claiming Will Arrive
3. Return Address
4. C/O Tour Connection Group
5. Grand Ballroom 3/21/20
6. Hannah Goulding (Group Contact)

**Due to lack of storage space, all packages should be sent to arrive no more than three days prior to function dates. Should the hotel be put into a situation that warrants rental of additional storage space, a fee will be charged to the shipper.

Free Time

Kick back, relax and enjoy your beautiful surroundings. From 5:00PM - 7:00PM there will be free time. Some activities that are currently on the table are beach volleyball, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding in the harbour, surf lessons, pool-time and spa-time.
