Please note, SLS Playa Mujeres, an all inclusive resort, is extending a special rate for our group of $560USD+ per night based on single occupancy. A fee of $175USD per night will be charged directly for any additional guest, any plus one, over the age of 18. A fee of an estimated $100USD will be collected separately for the airport transfers of any plus ones and must be arranged prior to 6 DEC 2024. Kindly note that while plus ones are welcome to travel with and to stay with TCU registrants, we are limited to TCU registrants only (no plus ones please) for all official segments of TCU including our Friday evening Welcome Cocktail and Dinner, our Saturday morning Breakfast and Speed Networking and Saturday evening dinner on the beach. A fee of an estimated $200USD will be collected separately for any plus ones who would like to join us for the boat cruise lunch and this must be arranged prior to 6 DEC 2024.

Cancellation Policy Acknowledgement(Required)

Registration is not considered guaranteed until Tour Connection receives payment. Registrations will not be accepted from accounts that are not cleared of any past due membership fees. Registrations must be paid in full 45 days from date of invoice. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your space reservation, please contact Hannah Goulding as soon as possible at hannah@tourconnection.com. Any cancellation, 30 days or more, will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 15-30 days until the event will receive 50% of the registration fee. Any cancellations made with less than 15 days until the event will not receive a refund. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement or rescheduling of an event, Tour Connection has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Should an event need to be cancelled due to an Act of God or Act of War/Terrorism, Tour Connection will make every effort to reschedule the cancelled event. However if it falls outside of our ability to reschedule, the registration fee will not be refundable.
